Aim: To examine how information may be tailored to the differing demands of management and made available at the most appropriate time.
Benefit: By the end of the course, delegates will be able to identify management information requirements, know where to look in the database and possess the necessary skills to create views and reports.

Management information reporting courses last 5 days and may be run either in Alton or on the customer's site.

- What format(s) would be preferred?
- Knowing where to look in the database - the LEO data model
- Creating data views and reports to meet the requirements
- As there are numerous reporting tools available we do not attempt to teach the tools themselves in any great detail. Our aim is to give students an overview of the capabilities that are available to them. We focus on Oracle Reports but are able to include other reporting tools should you require them to be covered in the syllabus.
