The briefing will relate the LEO data model to the user's business model. Discussion will focus on the demands of senior management who need to understand the extra capabilities and the potential return on investment LEO will provide to the organisation. Also, the briefing will make clear the challenges ahead if LEO is to be 100% successfully implemented.

The course includes an overview of the operational and system administration courses in order to ensure that management is aware of the material their staff may be covering.
