Confidentiality Agreement

The Hamilton Hall Board of Directors places the highest importance on confidentiality. As copyright and other intellectual property rights only attach to material in permanent form (writing, photographs, drawings, electronic media etc) we understand the need for some form of undertaking in order to give our customers, suppliers and partners confidence in our control and use of their Confidential Information.

As a matter of policy we do not enter into broad, non-specific Confidentiality or Non-Disclosure Agreements.
