Aim: To establish a framework by which a business continuity study may be carried out. A robust and intelligent business continuity plan will reduce to an acceptable level the effects of disruption to the business, through a combination of preventive and recovery controls. Disaster and security failures may be the result, for example, of natural disasters, accidents, equipment failures or malicious computer programs.
Benefit: By the end of the briefing, delegates will understand the necessity for business continuity planning, be able to conduct such a process in an auditable manner, and be able to establish their own on-going business continuity process.
Target Audience: Operations and IT managers responsible for the provision of network and application services and for business continuity planning.
Senior management briefings last 2 days and can be held either in Alton or on the customer's site.
Total Number of Seats Available: 10.
